Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly set forth in these Terms.

Service Limitations and Modifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall SayMore's total liability for all claims related to the services exceed the amount paid by you to SayMore for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
